Greenham Business Park can be a demanding site due to its size coupled with its various access points and over 240 businesses all interacting with a continous stream of vistors. The site is manged by security 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is never less than two security guards patrolling the site at one time and three guards on a normal working day. C S Watch's founder and director was brought in to manage a team of seven guards to secure the 150 acre site which is surrounded by 750 acres of common land containing some of the most interesting and rarest wildlife in the country, We conducted risk assessmets, furthered Health and Safety and provided client consulations to constantly improve security provisions. By using our innovative techniques we updated the entirety of Greenham's proceedures, which viturally neutralized the pre-existing security issues. Whilst managing the site we initiated a network between Greenham Business Park Security, Thames Valley Police, Greenham Common Trust and West Berkshire Council. By mediating communication between these governing bodies improvements were made to the organisational structure. This assisted in the overall reduction of crime and unexceptable behaviour, in turn boosted infrastructre.

Crystal Palace Football Club

Crystal Palace Football Club is an English professional football club based in South Northwood, London and was established in September of 1905. Crystal Palace have a fan base drawn predominantly from the local area which draws on South London, Kent and Surrey. The club's original home, The Crystal Palace, was in the boundary of Kent, while Selhurst Park was within Surrey's borders until 1963 when Greater London encompassed Croydon. Being a London club means they compete against a number of other local clubs for the attention of supporters but the Crystal Palace does have a recognisably large catchment area of 900,000.

CSWatch Ltd was subcontracted to oversee the security throughout the production of Parkway. From the start of construction in March 2009 we have provided guards for a period of two years as well as our director, Chris Campbell, working on site as security manager. Using our experience and industry knowledge we safeguarded the site right the way through its development, playing a vital role in the overall sucess of Newbury Parkway. CSWatch also supplied consultations to the contract holder and the client, Costain. Costain is one of the UK's leading engineering solutions provider, delivering consulting, operations and maintenance services to major blue-chip customers in targeted market sectors including Rail, Highways, Power, Airports, Water, Nuclear Process, Waste and Oil & Gas. We continue to maintain a working relationship with the contractor at Newbury Parkway, providing security guards and body guards regularly.

C S Watch’s director was contracted to oversee all security management for Crystal Palace Football Club as well as the adjacent nightclub, Crystals. We were hired to secure the stadium and safeguard all visitors to the 26,255 capacity stadium from 1993 to 2006. By working closely with the Club’s directors we were able to provide the most effective and innovative security solutions for Crystal Palace Stadium and nightclub year after year. We have maintained a close working relationship with former Crystal Palace directors, frequently providing them with Close Protection services and  overseeing other projects such as the Altonwood Golf Group and Lamberhurst vineyards.
